CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Authorities say a thirteen-yr-previous in South Jersey died of a lethal combination of heroin and fentanyl.

Vincent Weiner was discovered lifeless in Center Township on June four. It’s not clear the place he obtained the medicine.

His mom, Jamie Lund, posted on Fb that she was heartbroken and “whoever is supplying these infants with medicine, must be stopped.”

Cape May County Prosecutor Robert Taylor says the county has seen an increase in the number of heroin bags with fentanyl.

Taylor says fentanyl is approximately 100 times more potent than heroin.
