Man orders two sandwiches at Subway — then pulls out a gun

A person ordered two sandwiches at Subway, then pulled out a gun and demanded cash from the cashier, police say.

Belleville police responded to an armed theft on the Subway at 2331 Previous Collinsville Street simply after four p.m. Monday, in accordance with a information launch.

Police stated a black man between ages 20 and 30, about 5’9 with a heavier construct, sporting a purple hooded sweatshirt, sun shades and black shorts, entered the Subway, ordered, then pulled out a gun to demand cash.

The person grabbed an undisclosed sum of money and fled the shop, in response to the information launch. Nobody was injured through the theft.
