Murder conviction of LaGrange man upheld by Georgia Supreme Court

The homicide conviction of a LaGrange man has been held upheld by the Georgia Supreme Courtroom.

In line with a press launch from Coweta Judicial Circuit District Lawyer Peter J. Skandalakis, the conviction was affirmed Monday.

In February 2015 Brewer was discovered responsible of capturing and killing Larry Strickland throughout an argument regarding cash. He was sentenced to life in jail with out risk of parole.

Brewer appealed the conviction contending that the trial courtroom erred by denying a movement for mistrial and that he acquired ineffective help of counsel.
