Sculpture to be unveiled at Buffalo waterfront

State officers are planning to unveil the newest artwork set up on Buffalo’s waterfront.

The Erie Canal Harbor Improvement Company introduced earlier this month that a 1963 sculpture referred to as Flat Man would go up on the Outer Harbor. On Tuesday, state officers and a consultant from the Griffis Sculpture Park in East Otto can be on the Outer Harbor for the revealing.
