Wyoming lawyer suspended for 2 years


The Wyoming Supreme Courtroom has suspended the previous supervising lawyer for the Cody public defender’s workplace for 2 years.

A press launch from the Wyoming Bar Affiliation says Nick Beduhn’s suspension “resulted from skilled misconduct by Beduhn in various shopper issues, together with violation of Beduhn’s duties of competence, diligence, and sustaining communication with shoppers.”

The Cody Enterprise studies (http://bit.ly/2vyOX5y ) that the investigation into Beduhn started Might 10, when his license to apply was initially suspended.

Beduhn didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark from the Enterprise.

Along with the 2 yr suspension, Beduhn was ordered to pay $three,750 in administrative charges and almost $5,500 in fines to the Bar Affiliation and greater than $1,000 in restitution to a former shopper.
